In preparation for the mission, UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) hosted a six day US Cleantech Roadshow to the UK to showcase the UK’s excellence in the cleantech sector. More than 100 UK and US companies  learned about transatlantic opportunities and potential collaborations in the US Marketplace. The roadshow focused on southern UK with UKTI hosting events in London, Watford, Cardiff, Bath, Bristol and Oxford.

UKTI brought over a series of expert speakers, to develop business opportunities for companies on both sides of the pond.  The energised US speakers included:

• Nick d'Arbeloff, President - New England Clean Energy Council (Boston)

•  David Brewster, President - EnerNOC Inc (Boston)

• Ira Rubenstein, Managing Director - Bradley Woods & Company (New York)

• Michael McLoughlin, Empire State Development (New York)
