The Science & Innovation Department at the British Consulate-General, Chicago promotes UK science in our 13-state, Midwestern region. Primarily, we facilitate international scientific collaboration, inform effective domestic and international policy-making through the best available science, and forge strategic alliances to maximize limited resources.

The Science & Innovation Department also works closely with UK Trade & Investment to strengthen the UK's innovation capacity.
